Your key responsibilities

• Develop and design an evolving a team across Germany, United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United States.
• Oversee reporting productivity and team development.
• Streamline production and alignment of a 20+ global and regional reports on Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Reports for senior management, the Management and Supervisory Board.
• Produce audience-oriented content, ensure accuracy, and timeliness.
• Key C&AFC Reporting contact for senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
• Responsible for global and regional Findings and their remediation related to C&AFC Reporting.
• Direct improvements and standardization in global and regional reports, including finding the Home of Best Fit for all reporting.
• As part of the wider leadership team, support other strategic activities in the Frameworks & Programmes Function more widely.

Your skills and experience

• Excellent editorial, analysis and writing skills, ability to connect content and form holistic storylines.
• Ability to collect and transform submitted content into narratives and guide content producer to submit better written updates.
• Deep and comprehensive knowledge of the risk frameworks of Deutsche Bank.
• Experience managing people and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading teams across locations.
• Robust, credible, and organisationally savvy, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly.
• Background / experience in similar field that emphasizes clear and concise writing, analysis and insights from a wide array of sources.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
