Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Field/Community Development Coordinator to support community engagement activities, prepare meeting logistics, and assist with project documentation in Cebu City, Philippines. The role involves coordinating with barangays, NGOs, and local stakeholders, conducting socio-economic surveys, and helping manage field data and census lists.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in community development and stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya.
Willingness to travel and work in remote field environments.

Responsibilities

Support community engagement activities with barangay, municipal, and local stakeholders.
Assist in preparing administrative and logistical requirements for meetings and workshops.
Follow up on submission and processing of resolutions, permits, and related documents.
Coordinate with community representatives and project stakeholders on beneficiary and census lists.
Conduct socioeconomic surveys, community mapping, georeferencing, and field data collection.
