You will develop communication strategies, craft engaging content, support change initiatives, and manage public relations activities, while ensuring messaging is consistent across channels and aligned with company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in journalism, writing, or editing
• Exceptional writing skills with a knack for clarity and accuracy
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Understanding of readability and how to tailor content to different audiences
• Experience supporting change management communications
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
• Confident verbal communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work independently
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requests at once
• Experience partnering with executive‑level leaders
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-oriented mindset with experience giving or receiving peer feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Creative Writing
• Familiarity with using AI tools to draft communications and templates
• Knowledge of AP Style
• Creativity and experience in creative writing
