Job summary

Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines seeks a Communications Supervisor to lead development and quality assurance of AIM’s content across web, PR, social, and internal channels. The role ensures editorial excellence, brand alignment, and thought leadership support.

Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, the Supervisor drives SEO strategy and reputation-building efforts, coordinating with Digital Marketing, Creatives, and Academic Units to ensure timely, on-brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
• Experience with SEO, content strategy or digital publishing is advantageous.
• 3–5 years in writing, communications, PR or content creation.
• Strong background in digital content and SEO is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic communications and content across platforms to strengthen brand voice and reputation.
• Draft high-quality content including press releases, website pages, feature stories and internal announcements.
• Review outputs for editorial quality and brand consistency; coordinate with internal teams to align messaging.
• Publish and update content via the Institute’s CMS and official social media pages.
• Develop SEO-informed content to support enrollment and thought leadership objectives.
• Contribute to content marketing initiatives such as blogs and email campaigns.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, Q&As, and briefing notes for spokespersons.
