Job summary

Alstom in Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Lead for Test & Commissioning of telecom systems for railway projects. You will oversee the T&C team, manage design baselines, upgrade baselines on site, and ensure timely reporting and documentation for multiple subsystems including GSM-R, CCTV, PA, and display systems.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and on-site execution of T&C activities, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test & Commissioning Team for NSCR-EX Project.
• Lead and manage the internal baseline T&C delivery from Design.
• Lead the baseline upgrade at site.
• Update / prepare the T&C Procedures as and when required.
• Customer Management Onsite for T&C Activity.
• Preparation of T&C reports.
• Uploading the test reports in AEC with due time.
• Prepare and send daily T&C report for all T&C related activities via email.
• Lead for as-built of project and input/reviews to maintain high quality of engineering outputs.
• Lead the calibration process and T&C tools and material requirements.
• Lead 4Ms for T&C and Installation Handovers.
• Send Bi-Monthly T&C Synopsis to other stakeholders.
• Renewing T&C Application for Work Clearance (AFWC) every month within due time.
• Replying on GCR comments on test report in due time.

• Backbone Transmission System
• GSM-R System
• CCTV
• Passenger Information Display
• Wifi System
• Public Address System
• CCTV
• Master Clock
• Flight Information Display
• Meteorological and Seismic Monitoring System
