Job summary

PrimeAlliance Recovery Management Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the collections function and ensure timely debt recovery. The role involves endorsing delinquent accounts to 3rd party agencies, training supervisors, and driving team performance.

You will monitor payments, post to the collection system, and generate MIS reports. The position requires leadership of a 20+ FTE team and strong focus on targets and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Operations Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• At least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing a team with 20+ FTEs.

Responsibilities

• Endorsement and pull-out of delinquent accounts to/from 3rd party collection agencies.
• Assist on RO concerns and inquiries (Reports, Accounts, etc.).
• Train and support Supervisor in handling team members.
• Set targets and monitor performance of the collections team.
• Monitor daily payments, posting to collection system and providing selective to agency.
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
