Qualifications

• Experience with legacy enterprise systems such as Mainframe, COBOL, PICK BASIC, MultiValue or Universe.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across complex codebases and environments.
• Ability to work across Linux/UNIX environments and software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance a large legacy securities system built on PICK BASIC/MultiValue technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across applications, databases, infrastructure, and deployments.
• Support developers and QA teams by diagnosing technical challenges and removing blockers.
• Work across legacy and modern environments including Linux, AIX, Java/Spring, DB2, WildFly, Jenkins, and Git.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
