Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
3+ years of experience supporting production applications or distributed systems.
Strong Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and microservices experience.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain microservices-based applications across Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
Monitor health and respond to incidents, outages, and performance issues.
Diagnose issues using logs, metrics, and system diagnostics.
Collaborate with development and infra teams to resolve issues.
Perform root cause analysis and contribute to reliability improvements.
Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
Participate in a rotational on-call schedule for a 24/7 environment.
