Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting production applications or distributed systems.
• Strong Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and microservices experience.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain microservices-based applications across Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Monitor health and respond to incidents, outages, and performance issues.
• Diagnose issues using logs, metrics, and system diagnostics.
• Collaborate with development and infra teams to resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to reliability improvements.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
