Job summary

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience with monitoring platforms and technologies.
Proficient in Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetics, End User Experience, Mobile app, and Infrastructure monitoring instrumentation and distributed tracing.
Proficient in Python, PowerShell, SQL, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and BI teams on monitoring deployments.
Support large-scale monitoring deployments across multiple providers and data centers.
Maintain performance, availability, and capacity including upgrades, permissions, and audit compliance.
Create and maintain operational documentation and mentor staff.
