Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Cloud Monitoring Engineer in the Philippines to support enterprise monitoring initiatives. You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Applications, and BI teams to enable self-service monitoring and observability across multi-provider environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on deployment, performance tuning, and knowledge sharing to drive reliable operations and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with monitoring platforms and technologies (Dynatrace, BigPanda, AWS, GCP, Splunk).
• Proficient in Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetics, End User Experience, Mobile app and Infrastructure monitoring.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, SQL and cloud services; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with Infrastructure, Application, and BI teams using a monitoring self-service approach.
• Support large-scale Monitoring deployments across providers with data feeds from multiple data centers.
• Monitor, maintain performance, availability, and capacity; manage upgrades, permissions, and audits.
• Create and maintain documentation related to operational processes.
• Mentor staff in monitoring-related activities.
