Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Analyst (Medical Doctor) to review medical records, perform utilization management, and determine complex cases. The role operates in a hybrid setup with a graveyard shift.

The ideal candidate holds an active PRC license with residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related subspecialties, and is proficient in MS Office. The package includes a base of ₱120K–₱150K and ₱3,600 allowance, plus other benefits as discussed.

Qualifications

• Active Physician PRC License is required.
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or subspecialties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong ownership and accountability in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and evaluate complex hospital-based cases.
• Provide expert medical determinations on requested services.
• Conduct utilization management and support reviews across care, quality and pharmacy.
• Ensure decisions align with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to provide guidance.
• Act as a clinical escalation resource for complex cases.
• Maintain clinical accuracy and outcomes across operations.
• Support data analysis and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
