You will guide policy execution, foster team growth, and align operations with regulatory requirements.

You will manage priorities, coach staff, and partner with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues while maintaining a focus on exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading a client-facing service team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee assigned Client Service Managers responsible for supporting plan sponsors and advisors.
• Ensure high-quality client service is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively across products and client relationships.
• Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development to team members.
