S.D. Platon Construction, Inc. is seeking a PROJECT ENGINEER (Civil) to lead construction monitoring and QA/QC on the CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD INCLUDING DRAINAGE project in San Pedro City, Laguna.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 10+ years of site experience and 5+ years in QA/QC, plus strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least ten (10) years site experience in construction industry.
• Must have at least five (5) years of solid experience in Quality Control and Assurance.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Willing to work on site and handle daily construction monitoring
• Trustworthy, hands-on, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned projects from inception to completion
• Conduct site inspections, assessments, and provide technical installation recommendations
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit regular project progress reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure cost control
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and site accomplishments
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
