Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Ideally 10+ years’ experience on Australian projects.
• Proficient in geometric highway design using BIM software.
• Extensive knowledge of Australian Standards and local road/civil design standards.
• Experience in risk management and safety in design.

Responsibilities

• Carry out civil design and documentation in support of standards.
• Deliver technical expertise across a broad range of projects.
• Lead projects based on scope, complexity or request.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to staff.
• Assist and support transport initiatives and BIM coordination.
