Job summary

Regolith Ecological Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead civil construction tasks on the Regolith project. The role focuses on project planning, documentation, and liaison with design teams.

Full-time position based on site in Hinoba-an, Philippines, with day shifts and six days per week. Requires 5+ years of civil/construction experience and a degree in Civil Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (full-time).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/civil engineering.
• Willingness to commute daily to, or reside at the project location for the entire duration of the project.
• Knowledge of CAD and MS Office.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces.
• Knowledge of sustainable civil engineering practices will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project to successful completion as per schedule and quality.
• Plan projects including resources and cashflows.
• Send daily/weekly progress reports on project status and variations.
• Maintain proper documentation during all stages of the project.
• Ensure site instructions/variations are documented appropriately (drawings/documents).
• Keep the Design Team updated on changes and applications.
• Ensure attendance of contract workers and vendor bills are updated for timely payments.
• Liaise with external agencies at the site.
