Job summary

Hedcor, Inc. in Aguilar, Pangasinan, is seeking a Civil Support Engineer to provide technical oversight for civil aspects of existing and new renewable energy plants.

You will work with OMD personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver results and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a professional license, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Geo5, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and STAAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in renewable energy plant projects.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Knowledgeable in site selection, foundation design, slope stabilization/protection, access road design, drainage design/water way.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for civil components/infrastructure.
• Collaborating with OMD team to develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental programs.
• Oversee project operations and manage contractor relationships.
• Manage site safety, risk assessments, and project documentation.
