Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and quality output.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect daily civil construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship meet project requirements at key stages.
• Witness inspections, testing, and commissioning related to civil works.
• Coordinate inspections with contractors/clients; raise and track RFIs/NCRs to closure.
• Monitor health, safety, and environment compliance across site activities.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and as-built docs; document approved changes.
• Maintain site records: diaries, reports, punch lists, progress updates.
• Track construction progress and flag delays; drive corrective actions.
• Support multidisciplinary coordination and handover activities to client acceptance.
