Job summary

Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services Inc. is seeking a structural/civil engineer to review and evaluate designs, drawings, and calculations.

You will supervise construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site issues. The role includes reviewing submittals, method statements, material specs, shop drawings, and monitoring progress, quality, and costs while ensuring adherence to codes and safety

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate structural and civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Supervise and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams, and other engineering disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and structural issues.
• Review technical submittals, method statements, material specifications, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for structural and construction-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, documentation, and project records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
