Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A Registered Civil Engineer with the relevant licensure regulatory board.
• Ideally 10+ years’ industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects across sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, subdivisions, roads).
• Proficiency in civil design and drafting; experience in consulting engineering.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned civil design and documentation in support of standards.
• Contribute to current civil engineering projects with timely delivery of documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams.

What you'll do:

• Carry out assigned civil design and documentation as delegated in support of technical and commercial standards;
• Contribute to our current civil engineering projects through the provision of accurate and timely delivery of documentation;

• Provides mentoring and guidance to other Civil Designers in the team
• Checks work of subordinates as to accuracy and adherence to the civil design intent and assumptions.
• Collaborate and coordinates with team members and other disciplines
• Perform quality reviews of documentation to ensure it is within relevant standards
• May evaluate staff performance in line with HR procedures
• Works towards continuous improvement of team skills and processes
• Other duties as directed, to help the company provide outstanding service to the company and its costumers
