Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a change control/quality systems professional to support our global diabetes capability center in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing change data, coordinating across functions, and ensuring processes remain compliant with applicable standards.

You will work with ERP and EDMS tools, driving configuration management, documentation control, and lifecycle governance to enable timely product and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of change control and document management processes.
• Understanding of compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and ERP/EDMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Processes change orders for product, process and system designs.
• Coordinates changes with stakeholders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations and regulatory.
• Manages change order processes and prepares for approvals.
• Prepares status reports on change management.
• Ensures customer requirements are met while maintaining compliance.
