Job summary

University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Inc. Pangasinan Campus is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure financial compliance.

You will supervise campus accounting staff and support implementation of internal controls. The role emphasizes accuracy in financial reporting, GL reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and collaboration on budgeting and audits to strengthen financial stewardship across the campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with leadership or supervision.
• Experience in higher education or campus accounting advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise campus accounting staff handling bookkeeping, disbursements, and collections.
• Prepare, analyze, and report financial statements and GL reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with budget forecasting, audits, and internal controls.
