Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Calypso, to join our team in Mexico. You’ll build, customize, and support Calypso solutions for global capital markets clients, delivering reliable, scalable workflows in a fast-paced environment.

You will design integrations using APIs, work with Java and R, collaborate across product, engineering, and client teams, and help optimize performance. This role offers hybrid work at least 3 days in the office and the opportunity to contribute to

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise software solutions.
Strong Calypso experience in capital markets environments.
Proficiency in Java and R for solution development and integration.
Excellent communication and collaboration across global teams.
Experience with Spring Boot, REST, Microservices, Docker, and distributed architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and support Calypso solutions for clients in the capital markets industry.
Design and build integrations between Calypso and external systems using APIs and enterprise messaging technologies.
Develop and maintain applications using Java and R to support business and operational requirements.
Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to implement enhancements and deliver successful projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
