Job summary

Lotte-Gulermak-EEI Joint Venture is seeking a senior drafting specialist to produce Structural, Architectural and MEP shop drawings from approved designs in Laguna, Philippines. You will integrate site conditions and subcontractor data, coordinating penetrations, openings, raised floors and MEP services.

You will maintain BIM workflows, ensure drawings are coordinated and ready for engineer submission, update revisions, and prepare as-built drawings reflecting approved changes and field

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction drafting experience.
• Must be able to interpret IFC/design drawings, BIM models, site conditions, and Engineer comments and incorporate approved revisions into construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Structural, Architectural and MEP shop drawings from the latest approved design information.
• Incorporating actual site conditions and subcontractor/fabricator information.
• Coordinating slab penetrations, sleeves, openings, raised floors, ceiling layouts, equipment, and MEP services.
• Updating drawings based on Engineer comments, and approved revisions.
• Maintaining consistency between BIM models, CAD drawings, schedules, and details.
• Ensuring drawings are accurate, complete, properly coordinated, and ready for Engineer submission.
• Maintaining proper drawing revisions and document control.
• Preparing as-built drawings based on approved construction changes and actual installed conditions.
