Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a QA Analyst to coordinate quality assurance activities for new and existing systems. The role develops test plans, executes tests, and communicates issues within an established framework to management.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills for data testing, extensive data warehouse experience, and proficiency in Playwright for automated testing. The QA Analyst will manage testing scope, schedules, and risk assessment, ensuring BI reports

Qualifications

Advanced QA testing concepts and practices in IT systems development.
Strong knowledge of Agile software development; experience with automated tests and data validation.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts; able to troubleshoot and optimize test suites.

Responsibilities

Develops test plans and timelines for projects.
Executes testing, prioritizes tasks, and communicates issues to management.
Reviews defects, analyzes problems, and documents results clearly for stakeholders.
Maintains Test Strategy and Test Plan documents and provides regular status updates.
