"The purpose of this role is to operate as a senior individual contributor accountable for business intelligence reporting, advanced analytics, and market intelligence. The role partners closely with business leaders to establish measurement frameworks, design KPIs, dashboards, and deliver high-quality insights that support informed decision-making. The role leads analytics outcomes and stakeholder engagement through subject‑matter expertise, governance discipline, and insight generation, without formal people‑management responsibilities. It also supports both regular and ad hoc reporting requirements while identifying trends across insurance portfolios, market conditions, and performance drivers to influence business strategy.

• Design and develop enterprise-level measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and strategic reporting solutions.
