Job summary

eClerx Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst – Business Insights to turn sales and commercial data into actionable insights that improve performance. You will deliver KPI reports, analyze pricing and profitability, and work with Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI skills and a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) in Northgate, Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/analytics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, business insights, reporting, or commercial analysis.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial and commercial data.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of sales funnels, marketing KPIs, and revenue performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales KPI reports.
• Analyze sales results, productivity, and business performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support pricing and profitability analysis including price-per-unit changes and customer/product profitability.
• Prepare and maintain current price lists and conduct market analysis by sector and tier.
• Scope and develop new reporting requirements based on business needs.
• Create efficient tracking and reporting methods to improve data visibility and accuracy.
• Provide meaningful commercial insights to support tenders and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand requirements and deliver insights.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
