Job summary

10.28 Consulting Services, a Cebu-based technology and business consulting firm, invites an SAP Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and deploy Crystal Reports for SAP Business One. You will optimize SQL queries and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions across multiple modules, collaborating with sales, purchasing, finance, inventory, and production teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of SAP B1 experience, strong Crystal Reports and SQL skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on SAP Business One implementation and support experience, focusing on Crystal Reports.
• Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports (2013/2016/2020 or later) with report design, formulas, subreports, cross-tabs, running totals, and parameter fields.
• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL for SQL Server and/or SAP HANA SQL) to write and optimize complex queries, joins, and views.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 Print Layout Designer and report/layout assignment.
• Experience deploying reports across SAP B1 landscapes (SQL Server and/or HANA).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients to gather requirements.

Responsibilities

• Modify Crystal Reports layouts to meet client-specific business and formatting requirements.
• Map and configure reports to SAP B1 print layout designer and set defaults per document type, series, or user.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures against SAP B1 database (SQL Server/HANA).
• Deploy, test, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports across development, test, and production environments.
• Integrate Crystal Reports with SAP B1 add-ons and third-party tools as needed.
• Provide UAT support, fix report bugs, and tune performance.
• Maintain version control and documentation of report changes, templates, and mappings.
• Coordinate with functional consultants to gather reporting requirements across modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production).
• Provide end-user training and support on printing, previewing, and using deployed reports.

Brief Description of the Role

As aTechnical Consultant you are responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and deploying Crystal Reports layouts and reports for SAP Business One (B1). This role involves working with sales, purchasing, financial, inventory, and production documents, optimizing SQL queries, and providing comprehensive reporting solutions across SAP B1 implementations.
