Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit and document requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and map processes. You will support agile delivery, maintain traces, and validate user needs across projects.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in business analysis, a related degree, and knowledge of Agile/Waterfall processes, with Power BI/Tableau skills and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models).
• Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required; Green belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
• Analyze current-state processes and support future-state process design.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process maps.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
• Manage requirement changes and traceability.
• Monitor performance of solutions post Go-live and provide analysis to end-users.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new users and refresher sessions for existing users of enterprise productivity and workflow tools.
