Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and documentation across business units in Metro Manila. You will partner with stakeholders to map current and future processes, create BRDs/FRDs and user stories, and support Agile delivery teams.

You will ensure traceability, assist in sprint planning and UAT, and monitor post-go-live performance while training end-users on productivity tools. Familiarity with BI tools and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; BS Industrial Engineering or BS Business Administration preferred.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required.
• Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification) required.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication and critical thinking skills.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required; Green belt preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions
• Analyze current-state processes and support future-state process design
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and process maps
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
• Manage requirement changes and traceability
• Monitor the performance of solutions deployed post Go-live and provide analysis to the end-users
• Facilitate onboarding training for new users and refresher sessions for existing users of enterprise productivity and workflow tools

Scope & Complexity

• Works independently within a defined business scope
• Manages requirements for a specific business area or system
• Escalates complex issues to senior analysts

Qualifications

INTERNAL

• At least 1 year tenure as B4 or P1, P2
• No DA or Not in any active prescriptive period

Required Experience & Skills

• 2 – 4 years of Business Analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience; (BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Administration preferred)
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models) required
