Infor seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join an international team, bridging business needs with technical delivery within a modern SaaS environment. You will shape requirements, support solution design, and drive clarity across the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure well-defined requirements, data-driven decision-making, and high-quality delivery outcomes for Manila-based initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience in data management, including databases and query languages.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to gather, analyse, prioritise, and document requirements.
• Partner with engineers and architects to translate requirements into solution designs, including user interface mock-ups.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are testable and validated.
• Conduct acceptance testing to confirm solutions meet business needs.
• Produce supporting documentation, presentations, and artefacts.
