Job summary

XRC Mall Developer, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Metro Manila to bridge business units and IT. You will lead end-to-end process discovery, document requirements, map system architecture, and enhance enterprise software, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite configuration and scripting.

You will own BPD/BRD/FRD/SRS, serve as Tier 3 support, and drive cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring successful system rollouts and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 4–6 years in BA/Systems Analyst/ERP role with progression to senior level.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite administration and integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-level discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and direct observations across business units.
• Analyze and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, value streams, and visual workflows.
• Gather, evaluate, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Author, maintain, and sign off on BPD, BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.
• Serve as Tier 3 functional support for Oracle NetSuite users across the organization.
• Configure user preferences, roles/permissions, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze system anomalies, identify root causes, and implement long-term resolutions.
• Write, debug, deploy, and maintain SuiteScript/Google Apps Script for enhancements.
• Lead functional project streams for major implementations and rollouts.
• Deliver user orientation sessions and training modules.
