The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 8+ years in bridge or structural design, proficiency in MIDAS Civil and STAAD, and strong communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Licensed/registered Civil Engineer.
8+ years of bridge or structural engineering design experience.
Strong proficiency in structural software such as MIDAS and STAAD.
Solid understanding of geotechnical principles, materials engineering, and construction methods.
Excellent technical writing, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the structural design and analysis of bridges and transportation structures.
Coordinate design activities across multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, highway, hydraulics, architecture, etc.).
Prepare design schedules, work plans, and resource estimates.
Provide technical support during construction, including shop drawings and site inspections.
Evaluate design documentation for QA procedures and audits.
Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing.
