Cleo is hiring a Senior Brand Designer, Web & Digital for our Creative Studio. Working with the Head of Design, you will elevate the brand across web and digital touchpoints and craft visual content within website frameworks.

You have 5+ years in web/digital design, a strong portfolio, and a growth mindset. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborate closely with partners to shape a resonant, accessible brand experience across devices.

Qualifications

5+ years of web and digital design experience.
Strong portfolio of web/digital design work including branding, web systems, and digital experiences.
Growth mindset with curiosity to learn, iterate and improve.

Responsibilities

Elevate the brand with a focus on web and digital touchpoints and create visual content within website frameworks.
Demonstrate understanding of design systems and cohesive branding while informing creative storytelling.
Collaborate with creative partners to shape a resonant brand that translates across devices.
Develop modular design systems, UI components, and digital style guidelines.
Translate brand ideas into intuitive digital experiences spanning visual design, UX, UI, and accessibility.
Present work with clear design rationale and collaborate with product designers, developers, and stakeholders.
