Job summary

Intogreat Solutions Philippines Inc is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing, with a focus on Australian accounting standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks, and the ability to supervise reconciliations, generate monthly reports, and support BAS and GST compliance for the business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Process payroll including superannuation contributions in line with Australian laws.
• Prepare and lodge BAS and ensure compliance with ATO requirements.
• Monitor and record company expenses in line with budget guidelines.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management (P/L, balance sheet).
• Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and supplier payments to maintain cash flow.
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
• Utilize MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks to manage financial data efficiently.
• Identify process improvements to streamline bookkeeping activities.
