Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper with an Australian accounting or bookkeeping firm.
• Experience with BAS and IAS preparation and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare BAS and IAS.
• Handle payroll processing, including STP, PAYG and superannuation reconciliation.
• Perform month-end functions, reporting and resolve account discrepancies.
