Job summary

BooksTime is hiring a Senior Bookkeeper for our Philippines team. This remote role focuses on end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and client management for US-based clients. You will work with QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, Sage, and other tools, delivering precise financial analysis across varied industries.

You will collaborate with managers in Ukraine and the USA to ensure quality and compliance, while developing your skills in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience working with US GAAP and SMEs
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Experience in a multicultural work environment
• Proficiency or certification in QuickBooks / Xero
• Experience with 3rd-party applications such as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client accounts, from daily transactions to financial analysis
• Engage in managerial accounting and financial reporting for business owners

We are continually expanding our global presence and proudly providing services to over 500 clients (the majority based in the United States), and collaborating closely with a number of U.S.- based CPAs. We specialize in delivering tailored accounting outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses.
