Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Biomedical Equipment Specialist in the Philippines to oversee lifecycle management of medical devices and provide clinical and administrative support.

You will perform repair, calibration, preventive maintenance, and safety testing on diagnostic and monitoring equipment, document work in the CMMS, and issue quotes for parts. Training staff on safe operation and maintenance is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Biomedical Equipment Technician or related.
• CBET/CLES certification preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain successful background for CAC.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to acquire U.S. passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide biomedical support for lifecycle management of medical equipment.
• Perform repair, calibration, preventive maintenance, and safety testing of devices.
• Maintain documentation in CMMS and input labor time.
• Research parts, obtain quotes, and process NIRs for repairs.
• Inspect new devices for safety and function and attach certification labels.
• Train clinical, research, and technical staff on safe use and maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards are followed across all facilities.
