Job summary

Arcadis is recruiting for a senior BIM leader to guide delivery across projects, developing BIM Execution Plans and driving process improvements. You will mentor teams, uphold BIM standards, and coordinate with clients and partners to ensure high-quality, on-time project outcomes.

This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and technical excellence, with a focus on ISO 19650 and related frameworks to advance BIM practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience leading BIM teams on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency with BIM standards and best practices (ISO 19650, RIBA, AIA).
• Ability to develop BIM Execution Plans and manage project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical BIM leadership, guidance, and expert support to project teams, resolving complex modelling and BIM-related issues.
• Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of BIM processes, workflows, standards, and best practices across projects and disciplines.
• Coach, mentor, and train BIM staff through structured learning programs and day-to-day technical support.
• Develop, review, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, quality control procedures, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to establish project BIM requirements, standards, and deliverables.
• Oversee model quality, clash detection, compliance reporting, and constructability reviews to ensure adherence to project and company standards.
• Manage BIM technologies, including software administration, template and family creation, automation initiatives, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with regional and global BIM leaders to align practices with industry standards, identify innovation opportunities, and promote technical excellence within the business.
