Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead project-level model coordination, ensure compliance with BIM standards, and support digital collaboration across disciplines in Manila-based projects.

The role involves managing federated models, conducting clash detection, maintaining model health, and supporting CDE processes and meetings to drive project delivery and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-6 years BIM modeling/coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks / ACC.
• Understanding of LOD and model-based workflows.
• Technical accuracy; analytical thinking; digital coordination.
• Collaborative work with project teams.

Responsibilities
