Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an analytics-focused professional to join our Makati-based team. You will partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights.

You will work in a hybrid setup from 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office, building dashboards and leading analytics initiatives that influence strategy across markets. Strong BI skills and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI, web analytics, or related fields
• Strong experience with PowerBI and BI tools; Tableau is a plus
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and data warehouses
• Knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Comfort with agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: dive into data to drive strategy and project outcomes
• Data Visualization: build dashboards and reports for decision making
• Data Management: support data pipelines, ETL, and data quality
• Project Management: coordinate with stakeholders across functions
• Advanced Analytics: contribute to AI/ML projects when applicable
• Lead among peers: mentor teammates in onboarding and coaching
