Job summary

Weave is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to drive data-driven decisions from a remote setup based in Mexico. You will own upsell analytics, PMS integration health, and partner reporting, shaping success through high-impact sales insights.

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to build standardized dashboards and KPI frameworks in Sigma, enabling self-service analytics and data-driven actions across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL and dashboards using Sigma/Tableau/Power BI.
• CRM experience with Salesforce data structures.
• Independent execution and prioritization; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across Upsell channel and map the sales funnel for ICPs and growth levers.
• Monitor PMS integration health, data flow, and adoption to ensure reliable insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve partner reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks in Sigma.
• Analyze end-to-end performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate findings clearly with recommendations.
• Support data quality and enable self-service analytics across the organization.
