Qualifications

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology or equivalent.
• 10–12 years in beverage product development or related industry.
• Experience with hydrocolloids and texturizing ingredients.
• Knowledge of beverage applications, processing methods and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage projects to develop new solutions and modify existing products to meet customer needs.
• Provide technical support on ingredients (hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, enzymes, proteins) for beverages.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Conduct lab trials for beverage formulations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Share knowledge with internal and external customers and mentor junior staff.
