Solutions Engineer/ Electrical Design Engineer provides technical analysis and engineering support for BESS generation projects, interfacing with ISO/TSO representatives to ensure system compliance and working with project engineers to standardize design practices. Reporting to the Solutions Engineering Manager, the role focuses on developing design standards, equipment

Formación

DC/AC Power Systems design and engineering experience required.
In-depth knowledge of Power System Protection.
Experience with utility grid operation and load flow studies.

Responsabilidades

Work with Business Development to ensure proposals are complete and cost-effective.
Develop and maintain design standards, templates and tools for the BESS Power System.
Develop and maintain equipment specifications for HV and MV components (substations, switchgear, transformers).
Develop standardized protection and control scheme methodology for MV collection and HV network coordination.
Develop and model PSLF/PSSE system-level load flow for utility-scale inverter systems with BOP contractor.
