Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking a senior strategy consultant to help banks and payment providers shape new business models and implement transformative programs. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver insights, reports and strategic recommendations across core banking initiatives.

Ideal candidates have an MBA from a Tier-1 school with 8–10 years in top strategy or consulting, and experience in core banking architecture, vendor assessments, and cloud-enabled modernization.

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier-1 B-school or equivalent
• 8–10 years of work experience in top strategy, management or technology consulting
• Experience in core banking strategy, transformations and vendor assessments
• Exposure to cloud-native, digital core banking solutions and modernization projects

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on complex banking problems and help them achieve goals
• Conduct analyses to determine best paths for solving business problems including process and systems changes
• Gather facts through research, interviews and surveys and prepare reports and presentations
• Evaluate costs, benefits and obstacles of solutions and implement plans
• Conduct business readiness assessments and drive project implementation
