Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for business customers via phone and digital messaging channels, delivering timely support across banking products.
• Drive first contact resolution by efficiently handling requests and coordinating with teams.
• Collaborate to establish best practices to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints with process experts or relevant teams.
• Engage with your leader to discuss performance and development opportunities.
