Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Go or Java.
• Hands-on with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Spanner).
• Proficiency with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience developing APIs and microservices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop well-architected microservices and highly scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to refine requirements and solutions.
• Improve and refactor existing codebases for maintainability and performance.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, mitigation, and post-incident improvements.
• Build observability into systems for monitoring, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Lead technical projects by managing deliverables and aligning teams.
• Participate in training and development programs.
