Qualifications

• 5 years + working as a backend developer.
• 2+ years experience with Node.js.
• Commercial experience with Node.js, TypeScript and AWS infrastructure.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and ticket descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Backend engineering ownership: day-to-day management of Bridgit's backend and hands-on solutions.
• Infrastructure management: AWS infrastructure scripting and security initiatives.
• Lead and grow the function: collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and support fast deployment.
