PeoplePartners BPO Inc. is seeking a Senior Video Producer (B2B Storytelling) to own end-to-end video creation for corporate audiences.

You will craft concepts, scripts, direct shoots, and oversee editing to deliver persuasive business narratives for global markets. You'll collaborate with the Content Strategy Manager, Marketing, and external partners to produce executive interviews, explainers, testimonials, and short-form content that informs sales conversations.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on video production experience with scripting, directing, and delivering finished videos.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editorial judgement, and individual creative contributions.
• Experience in B2B or professional services, ads-ready video production for enterprise software or complex B2B products.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery.
• Translate complex business topics into clear, engaging B2B video content.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, and calls to action aligned with marketing objectives.
• Interview and direct executives, clients, and subject-matter experts, including camera-shy presenters.
• Direct remote interviews, webinars, and podcasts, including guidance on lighting, audio, and framing.
• Produce educational explainers, whiteboard-style videos, testimonials, and short-form content.
• Create videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and sales enablement.
• Repurpose footage for multiple formats and audiences.
• Edit with pacing, audio treatment, color correction, and captions.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy Manager, Marketing, and external partners.
• Address footage and quality issues with production partners.
• Apply audience research and performance feedback to improve videos.
• Use AI tools to support development and production while maintaining editorial judgement.
