PeoplePartners Inc. is hiring a Senior Video Producer (B2B Storytelling) for a fully remote role. You will own the end-to-end process from concept to delivery, shaping compelling business narratives for executive audiences across multiple formats and platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing and strategy teams, work with external partners, and leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize performance while maintaining editorial judgment. This is a senior, high-ownership role.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on video production experience including scripting, directing, and delivering finished videos.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, editorial judgement, and individual creative contributions.
• Experience in B2B or professional services, complex enterprise content, or executive-led content.
• Strong scripting skills; ability to simplify complex subjects into clear, persuasive stories.
• Experience using audience research, reference videos, and performance feedback to guide creative decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging B2B video content.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, and calls to action aligned with marketing goals.
• Interview and direct executives, clients, and subject-matter experts.
• Direct and record remote interviews, webinars, and podcasts; coach on lighting and framing.
• Produce explainers, testimonials, and short-form content for multiple platforms.
• Repurpose footage for different audiences and campaigns.
• Edit narratively with pacing, audio, color, and captions.
