Big 3 Media is seeking a Content Producer to join their team. The role focuses on developing compelling content concepts, scripting, casting, and coordinating shoots to deliver high-quality video projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
• Basic knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting and audio setup.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges during the entire project lifecycle.
• Attention to detail in creating visually appealing and engaging content.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and fast-paced environments.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in independent work environments and demonstrates the ability to manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Creative storytelling skills and an ability to produce content for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of current trends in video content and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record and experience within a production house or creative agency will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas.
• Translate concepts into scripts, storyboards, or shot lists for production.
• Shortlist and recommend casts, locations, art, and wardrobe for projects.
• Prepare call sheets, shooting schedules, and necessary documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align on project goals and secure approvals.
• Operate cameras and other audio/ video equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Lead and manage on-location shoots, ensuring smooth coordination among crew and talent.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and ensure all footage aligns with the creative vision.
• Have basic video editing knowledge.
• Brief assigned editor and supervise post-production phase meticulously
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support production logistics.
• Manage external stakeholders (eg. clients/agency) to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage production budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.
• Handle day-to-day logistics such as location permits, equipment bookings, and team scheduling.
